Peak Metabolic Testing strives to provide accurate, professional VO₂ testing, RMR testing, and exercise prescription services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled.

Cancellations

We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel your appointment:

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your appointment may be eligible for a refund or credit.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may not be eligible for a refund, as time and resources have already been reserved for your session.

REscheduling

If you need to reschedule:

  • You may reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment at no additional cost.

  • Rescheduling within 24 hours may be subject to a fee or may require booking a new appointment.

We will do our best to accommodate your preferred time.

No-Show Policy

If you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment and do not contact us beforehand:

  • The session may be considered a no‑show, and

  • No refunds will be issued for missed appointments.

Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • You cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment.

  • A technical or scheduling error on our end prevents your session from being completed.

  • You are unable to participate due to a verified medical reason (case‑by‑case review).

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Missed appointments

  • Late cancellations

  • Dissatisfaction with results based on effort, preparation, or individual physiology

  • Services already completed

Refunds are processed through the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

We are committed to providing accurate, science‑based testing and professional guidance. If you believe there was an issue with your testing session or results, please contact us. We will review your case and determine whether a retest or partial credit is appropriate.
